At XPPen India, we offer a 7-day return policy for electronics that are defective or damaged upon arrival to ensure your creative workflow remains uninterrupted. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase included.

Return Process

  Contact our XPPen India support team via email within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the product issues.

  Technical Assessment

  Our support engineers will conduct a remote diagnostic to determine if the issue is software-related or requires a physical return for inspection.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, carefully pack the drawing tablet or accessory in its original box, ensuring all cables, pens, and nibs are included to avoid partial refund deductions.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After our service center receives and verifies the unit, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch a brand-new replacement unit.
